Today's LOW IQ: George Voinovich
"I want an immigration bill that secures our borders, revises and updates our current laws to respond to our economic needs and brings the 12 million illegal aliens in our country out of the shadows."
-- Ohio Senator George Voinovich, The Cincinnati Enquirer, 29 June 2007
I'm glad the Senator agrees with securing our borders. I would like to see him work towards that goal as a first accomplishment. Then, once we've achieved secure borders, I would like to hear him explain what he means by "our economic needs". My sense is that his definition would be something akin to bringing as much cheap labor into America as possible, but he isn't clear on his point. And I'm glad he wants to bring the 20-30 million illegal aliens out of the shadows; My question is just where it is that he would like to put them? Would we keep them in America as U.S. citizens or return them to their Country of origin? Again, he fails to clarify, but my guess is that he would leave them here. Again, nothing in statements such as this to change my support for Congressman Tancredo.

The Senator is screaming for Amnesty...but doesn't hve the guts to say what he really means.
"Out of the Shadows" this talking point is used by every sellout politician wanting amnesty.
500,000 in the streets of LA
Thousands upon thousands in the steets of Chicago, Atlanta, Charlotte....and cities all over this country.
The next time this talking point is used...the person using it should be given a drug test and a brain scan immediately!
